Workspaces
In Entrusy, a Workspace serves as a high-level organizational unit that allows you to collaborate on multiple projects with your team. Each workspace can contain several projects, making it easier to manage and segregate different analyses based on teams, departments, or specific use cases.
Creating a Workspace
Upon signing up and logging into Entrusy, you will be prompted to create your first workspace. You can also create additional workspaces later by returning to the workspaces management page.
You can only enter one workspace at a time. To switch between workspaces, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Switch Workspace".
Workspace Settings
To manage your workspace settings click on "Settings" in the sidebar. Here you can:
- Edit Workspace General Information: Update the name and language of your workspace.
- Manage Members: Invite team members to join your workspace by entering their email addresses. You can assign different roles such as Admin, Editor, or Viewer to control their access levels.
- Delete Workspace: If you no longer need a workspace, you can delete it. Please note that deleting a workspace will also remove all associated projects and data.
- Billing Information: View and manage your subscription plan and payment details.
Workspace Roles
Entrusy offers different roles for workspace members to ensure proper access control:
- Admin: Full access to all workspace settings, including managing members and billing information.
- Editor: Can create and manage projects within the workspace but cannot modify workspace settings or manage members.
- Viewer: Can view projects and analyses within the workspace but cannot make any changes.
Workspace Subscription Plans
Entrusy is currently in its testing phase. As such, there is no option to upgrade or change subscription plans at this time. All users by default have access to the free tier features. If you wish to be an early adopter of future premium features and plans, please contact us.
Free tier limits include:
- Only 1 project per workspace.
- Limited data source connections.
- Basic analysis features and limited analysis credits.
